SER Certification
As an Approved Body under the Structural Engineers Registration (SER) scheme, we provide formal certification to confirm your structural design complies with Scottish Building Standards. Our SER Certifiers manage the process for projects of all scales, issuing the SER Certificate of Design required to secure Building Warrant approval from local authorities
Civil Engineering
We deliver resilient development infrastructure for both private and public sector projects, taking schemes from initial feasibility through to statutory authority approval and adoption. Our civil engineering capability encompasses access roads, highway geometry, industrial hardstanding, and earthworks cut-and-fill analysis.
We prepare sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), surface water management plans, and detailed drainage networks using industry-standard 3D modelling tools. WIRS Accredited Design
As an accredited organisation under the Water Industry Registration Scheme (WIRS), we prepare fully compliant water main and supply layout designs for commercial, residential, domestic, and industrial developments. We produce hydraulic calculations and technical submissions to manage approval processes directly with Scottish Water and licensed water retailers for statutory adoption.
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
We were early adopters of BIM and operate fully within the ISO 19650 framework. Through a collaborative Common Data Environment (CDE), our team uses BIM to streamline design, construction, and asset management for both public and private sector projects.
Our engineers and technicians work with leading 3D modelling and analysis software—including Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla Structural Designer, and Navisworks for model federation. By continually investing in software, hardware, and ongoing training, we ensure smooth integration with multidisciplinary design teams.
